Our official return policy is no returns, unless it’s something we screwed up on. If something is damaged in the mail, unfortunately many times we do not have a replacement. You can add insurance via usps or email us: sales@thetoyfrontier.com, if you have special requests or questions. We do pack with extra strength boxes/bubble and when you get to know us you will see there are case by case situations where we do make exceptions.
