Return Policy
Our official return policy is no returns, unless it’s something we screwed up on. If something is damaged in the mail, unfortunately many times we do not have a replacement. You can add insurance via usps or email us: sales@thetoyfrontier.com, if you have special requests or questions. We do pack with extra strength boxes/bubble and when you get to know us you will see there are case by case situations where we do make exceptions. We are kind people and if you treat us with the honesty and respect we intend to treat you with, we will do our best to make you happy.
In-Stock Policy
All sales are also final here as they often will be prepped for shipping upon ordering. If you have made a mistake and quickly email us or contact us on social media, we may be able to offer some assistance but in general returns are just extremely taxing on a small business. We try our very best to ensure top quality and 99% of our customers are top quality themselves. This is a community and we’re here to look out for you and we hope you’re here to have our back as well.
